Created by Francesca of @plantifullybased on Instagram, this easy 5 minute onion dip is delicious and is made using Right Foods Spring Onion Soup. Great to pair with veggies and crackers!


  • 1 Right Foods Spring Onion Soup
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 1 1/2 cup white beans
  • salt and onion powder to taste (optional)
  • paprika
  • sesame seeds
  • parsley flakes

This Recipe Includes Right Foods Spring Onion Vegan Noodle Soup Big Cup


  1. Prepare the noodles from the soup by adding 1/3 cup of water and microwaving for 1 to 1 and a half minutes, until noodles are soft and cooked.
  2. In a blender add the cooked noodles, flavor packet from soup, white beans and 1/3 cup of water.
  3. Begin to blend and add more water if necessary. It should be smooth and creamy, like hummus. You can taste it and add more seasonings if you like.
  4. Pair with your favorite vegetables or crackers!
  5. Enjoy!
