Tahini Pad Thai Salad
Description
Make everyone green with envy over this absolute power bowl! We mixed our pad Thai Asian noodles in a bed of leafy greens and topped off with a tahini lemon dressing.
Ingredients
- 1 unit Dr. McDougall's Pad Thai Asian Noodle Cup
- 1/2 cup kale
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup snap peas
- 1/3 cup red cabbage, shredded
- 1/3 cup yellow bell pepper, chopped
- (Dressing) 2 tbsp tahini paste
- (Dressing) lemon
This Recipe Includes Right Foods Asian Noodles Pad Thai (Gluten Free)
Instructions
- Squeeze lemon into cup of tahini, mix until runny and set aside
- Prepare pad thai noodle cup per package instructions, wash and pull apart/chop all veggies
- Mix veggies and noodles together in large bowl. Add dressing or keep on side for later eating
- Enjoy!
