Tahini Pad Thai Salad


Make everyone green with envy over this absolute power bowl! We mixed our pad Thai Asian noodles in a bed of leafy greens and topped off with a tahini lemon dressing.


  • 1 unit Dr. McDougall's Pad Thai Asian Noodle Cup
  • 1/2 cup kale
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup snap peas
  • 1/3 cup red cabbage, shredded
  • 1/3 cup yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • (Dressing) 2 tbsp tahini paste
  • (Dressing) lemon

This Recipe Includes Right Foods Asian Noodles Pad Thai (Gluten Free)


  1. Squeeze lemon into cup of tahini, mix until runny and set aside
  2. Prepare pad thai noodle cup per package instructions, wash and pull apart/chop all veggies
  3. Mix veggies and noodles together in large bowl. Add dressing or keep on side for later eating
  4. Enjoy!
