Vegan Garlic Pad Thai


All the garlic, all the flavor! We are digging this delicious version of our asian pad thai noodles paired with sautéed vegetables and tons of delicious garlic!


  • 1 unit cup of Right Foods Pad Thai Asian Noodle Cup
  • 1/2 sweet onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup whole peanuts
  • green onion, chopped
  • sesame seeds

This Recipe Includes Right Foods Asian Noodles Pad Thai (Gluten Free)


  1. ​Prepare Asian Noodles Pad Thai according to package instructions
  2. In medium saucepan, sautéed mushroom and peanuts for 5-6 minutes
  3. Add in prepared Pad Thai noodles and sautéed until liquid is absorbed
  4. Add sliced onion, sauté for 5 minutes and remove from heat
  5. Add to plate, garnish with green onion and oregano
