Vegan Garlic Sesame Noodles


Savory and simple! Add mouth-watering garlic soy sauce and tons of veggies for the perfect meal - and it only takes 10 minutes!


  • 1 unit Dr. McDougall's Teriyaki Asian Noodle Cup
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup minced garlic
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/3 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1/3 cup broccoli, chopped
  • 1/3 cup celery, chopped
  • green onion, garnish
  • sesame seeds, garnish

  1. Prepare teriyaki noodle soup cup according to package instructions and drain broth.
  2. Add bell pepper, carrots, broccoli and celery in a pan on medium for 5-7 minutes or until veggies are soft.
  3. While veggies cook, mix soy sauce and minced garlic in a small bowl.
  4. Add drained noodles and sauce to veggie pan and mix well on low for 5 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and transfer to bowl, garnish with with green onion and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
