  • 1/4 cup cauliflower rice
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1 handful arugula
  • cucumber, sliced
  • watermelon, cubed

Instructions

  1. Start by prepping your watermelon and cucumber. Cut the watermelon into cubes and slice the cucumber.
