Nothing beats flavor and simplicity like a quick dip! We transformed our Spring Onion soup into this mouth-watering dip that you'll crave - and it only takes 10 minutes.
Serve on a veggie platter with your favorite fresh vegetables and crackers, add to a bowl or salad for extra flavor, or simply eat as a snack with anything dippable.

Our crisp, delicious gluten-free soup pairs rice noodles with a lightly delicious vegan broth. Instead of eating it as a noodle soup, though, we're turning it into a creamy dip.
Simply blend a prepared spring onion soup cup with white beans, seasonings, and water to thin it out.
Once it's a creamy texture similar to hummus, transfer to a bowl and garnish with paprika, sesame seeds and chives.
