Meet your new favorite way to have takeout at home: vegan sweet and spicy ramen noodles. They're the best of both worlds! We prepped our vegan chicken ramen with tons of grilled veggies and a killer sweet and spicy sauce!
1 unit Right Foods vegan chicken ramen
1 cup green onions
1 cup diced tomatoes
extra firm tofu
sesame seeds, garnish
(Sweet and Spicy Sauce) 2 tbsp maple syrup
(Sweet and Spicy Sauce) 1 tsp soy sauce
(Sweet and Spicy Sauce) 1 tsp minced garlic
(Sweet and Spicy Sauce) 1 tbsp chili paste
In mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, minced garlic, chili paste and maple syrup until well combined. Prepare vegan chicken ramen noodles separately according to package instructions.
In medium saucepan, add tofu and heat. Sauté for a few minutes until crisp, and add ramen noodles and sauce. Mix well for 5-6 minutes and remove from heat.
Add to bowl, garnish with green onion, tomatoes, sesame seeds and cilantro
