Let's get into the recipe.
Start by cooking the sliced carrots and bok choy in a medium pot with a Japanese curry cube, soy sauce, and water. Bring this to a boil, then add Miso Ramen noodles and half the seasoning packet.
Cook until the noodles are soft. Transfer to a bowl and top with green onions before serving.

Japanese Curry Ramen
1 carrot, thinly sliced
1 small head bok choy, chopped
1/5 Japanese curry block or 1 cube
1 ½ cups water
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 green onion, chopped
In a medium pot add the sliced carrot, bok choy, water, curry block, and soy sauce.
Bring to a boil and once boiling add the Right Foods ramen noodles and half of the seasoning packet. You can save the other half for another recipe or adding to soups.
Boil until noodles are soft and cooked to your liking.
Serve in a bowl and garnish with green onions. Enjoy.
