Lemony Lentil Wraps by Plantifullybased
When life gives you lemons... @plantifullybased wrapped our hearts with these amazing lemon lentil wraps using our French lentil soup!
Our French lentil soup is vegan, low fat, and lower in sodium than leading brands.
This simple recipe is colorful, fresh, and filling. Cook bell peppers and lentils together. Then season with lemon and garlic salt.
We're wrapping this mixture in a warm pita blanket, so heat up the pita bread in a pan. To assemble, spread a layer of hummus on the pita, then add in some lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumber. Top this bed of veggies with the lentil pepper mixture and garnish with green onions.
