Sweet Potato Kale Falafel Bowl

Blend in a food processor with all the other falafel ingredients until a little bit chunky but combined. Form falafel balls and bake for about 20 minutes.  To assemble the bowl, layer cooked quinoa, veggies, hummus, and falafel. Enjoy this filling bowl!
