There's barely any cooking involved in this recipe. Prep your ingredients by pressing and slicing tofu, draining corn, and shredding purple cabbage.
Then, simply prepare your vegan miso ramen noodle soup according to the package instructions and add in all the ingredients. Garnish with hemp seeds and red chili flakes.

Vegan Miso Ramen Bowl
1/4 block extra firm tofu, pressed and sliced
- purple cabbage, shredded
- baby spinach
1 can of corn
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds, garnish
- 1 tsp red chili flakes, garnish
