This recipe is so incredibly simple, you can throw together dinner in under 20 minutes. Boil lentil soup and water, then reduce to a simmer. Add mushrooms, kale, and butternut squash, cooking for another 5 minutes or so.
Top with chopped green onions and red pepper flakes, and dinner is served!
