This is the easiest black bean soup you'll ever make. We're simply making an elevated version of our soup cup with crunchy bell peppers and some extra seasonings.
Prepare black bean & lime soup cup according to package instructions, add sliced bell peppers, and garnish with paprika, salt, pepper, and cilantro. Enjoy!

Black Bean Vegan Soup
- 1 orange bell pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 1/4 cup paprika
- black pepper
Prepare black bean & lime soup cup according to package instructions, then transfer to a bowl.
Rinse orange and red peppers and slice each of them equally - dicing optional.
Add to bowl. Garnish with paprika, salt and pepper for seasoning and top with cilantro. Enjoy!
