Quick and tasty wraps always hit the spot! @plantbasedrd used our black bean & lime soup to perfect a yummy vegan burrito paired with sweet potato fries.
We partnered with Catherine Perez of Plant Based RD to bring you this delicious burrito recipe. This recipe is only 3 steps and makes for the perfect quick lunch.
Start by preparing your Black Bean & Lime soup cup, adding nutritional yeast and hot sauce in with the hot water.
Cook your chosen veggies if needed; then assemble your wrap with bean mixture, veggies, greens, corn, and avocado layered on the wrap. Roll into a burrito and serve with sweet potato fries.
