Vegan Tahini Miso Ramen by @mariannaspantry
Throwback to the ramen we all used to make at home back in the day! Marianna Moore of @mariannas_pantry whipped up our miso ramen and added savory toppings like avocado and tahini drizzle to bring all the flavor to this nostalgic dish.
We started the Dr. McDougall’s Right Foods line nearly 20 years ago because we wanted to make the delicious foods from the McDougall Program accessible to everyone. Dr. McDougall has helped thousands improve their health and their quality of life by teaching people about the benefits of a plant based, heart healthy diet.
This recipe requires basically no cooking. Just prepare a cup of Dr. McDougall's Miso Ramen Soup by taking out the flavor packet and adding boiling water to the noodles. Once the noodles are cooked, drain the water and add the flavor packet.
Serve with sliced avocado, cucumber, radishes, dill, crushed red pepper, and a drizzle of tahini.

- avocado, sliced
- crushed red pepper
- tahini sauce
To cook the ramen, remove the lid from the @rightfoods miso ramen noodle cup and set aside the spice packet.
Add boiling water to the fill line then cover cup with a plate, let sit for 5 minutes. Once’s noodles are cooked, drain out the water, then mix in the spice packet.
Add noodles to a bowl and top with: sliced avocado, cucumber, radishes, dill, crushed red pepper, drizzle of tahini.
