Easy Vegan Onion Dip by Plantifullybased

Easy Vegan Onion Dip by Plantifullybased

A 10-minute dip that uses an instant soup cup? That’s right, this easy, healthy snack is so quick to make and is basically a more interesting version of hummus.

Take a blender and chuck in a prepared spring onion soup cup, white beans, and a few seasonings. Blend until creamy, then top with sesame seeds and chives (optional). Serve with veggies, crackers, or both!

Black Bean Power Bowl

Black Bean Power Bowl

There’s nothing better than a bowl full of colorful veggies, protein, and healthy fats. This one uses Dr. McDougall's Black Bean and Lime Soup Cup as the protein base and adds fresh veggies, cilantro, and mashed avocado.

If you want to add a carb, quinoa or rice would go awesome with this bowl. Feel free to mix and match with whatever vegetables you have on hand, too. Just prepare the black bean cup, chop up your veggies, mash your avocado and add coconut milk, and assemble.

Arugula Pad Thai

Arugula Pad Thai

One of our favorite quick meals is an instant noodle bowl, and this one ticks all the boxes: it’s flavorful, easy, and full of veggies.

Stir fry a cup of Right Foods Pad Thai with red peppers and garlic, then add peanuts, avocado, shallots, and carrots on top. Serve over a bed of arugula or the greens of your choice and enjoy.

Protein-Packed Vegetarian Stuffed Peppers

Protein-Packed Vegetarian Stuffed Peppers

Another healthy snack, these stuffed peppers are like a burrito bowl, but the bowl is, well, a bell pepper. Fresh bell peppers are stuffed with black beans, guacamole, and salsa.

Use a Black Bean & Lime Soup Cup for the bean filling, and opt for premade salsa and guacamole to make it extra easy. Squeeze a lime over top and sprinkle some fresh cilantro if you’re feeling extra.

Easy Vegan Chicken Ramen

Easy Vegan Chicken Ramen

Our Vegan Chicken Ramen is the star of this dish. Simply prepare your instant noodles, add chopped cabbage, and garnish with red chili flakes, cilantro, and sesame seeds.

Dinner is served in less than 10 minutes! It’s vegan, it’s healthy, and it takes zero cooking, just add hot water.

Easy Vegan Tortilla Soup

Easy vegan tortilla soup

This easy soup in a box is full of flavor, but not artificial ingredients (don’t worry). All we did was heat up the Organic Tortilla Soup with chopped peppers, then top with avocado, cilantro, and tortilla chips.

In 15 minutes, you have an easy vegan meal that’s flavorful and full of veggies and healthy fats and protein. Our tortilla soup is made with beans, corn, tomatoes, chiles, and spices.

Ramen Scallion Pancakes by @plantifullybased

Ramen Scallion Pancake Plantifullybased

We wouldn’t have thought to make pancakes out of ramen, but we’re glad Francesca Bonadonna from Plantifully Based did. You can prep these in advance and heat them up when you need a quick snack.

Dr. McDougall's Miso Ramen Soup is made into a batter with carrot, zucchini, and green onions, then fried until crispy and served with a sweet and spicy sauce.

Final Thoughts

One of the biggest shortcuts to a quick meal is utilizing instant foods. But instant food gets a bad rap for being unhealthy and processed, so can it really be healthy? Luckily, not all brands are the same.

Every Dr. McDougall’s Right Foods product is vegan, made with whole foods ingredients, certified Non-GMO, and made with paper packaging from certified sustainably-managed forests. You know when you eat Right Foods products that you’re doing something good for your body and for the environment.
